Cookie Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains how Kidcation uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and similar browser storage can remember settings or state in a similar way.
Pixels, beacons, analytics scripts, and embedded services can also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Types we use
Essential cookies keep Kidcation working. They support sign-in, session refresh, security, guest drafts, and remembering whether you accepted or rejected optional services.
Analytics and error-monitoring tools help us understand usage and fix problems. They load only after you accept non-essential services.
Embedded maps load Mapy.com map tiles after consent. Mapy.com may receive your IP address, browser information, and the map area requested.
We do not currently use advertising or targeted-marketing cookies.
Your choices
You can accept all non-essential services or keep essentials only in the consent banner. If you load the map, that also records acceptance because map tiles are non-essential.
You can change your choice by clearing the Kidcation consent cookie in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in browser settings, but essential features such as sign-in may stop working.
Do Not Track and browser controls
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. There is no common standard for how websites must respond, so Kidcation uses its own consent banner instead.
Browser privacy tools, tracker blockers, and private browsing modes may also limit cookies, analytics, and embedded map requests.
